Governance & Transparency

As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to strong governance, responsible stewardship, and full transparency with the public we serve. This page provides access to key documents and information about our legal status, financial filings, and governance policies.

Organizational status

We are a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of Minnesota. We are   

tax-exempt under IRC §501(c)(3) EIN: 83-4523407. We are a registered charity in Minnesota, Florida, South Carolina (more states will be added).

Compensation Review

Executive & Contractor compensation is determined by an independent Compensation Committee of the Board using comparability data and documented review procedures. No individual involved in the compensation review process is present during discussions or votes regarding their own compensation. This process follows IRS best‑practice guidelines to ensure fairness, objectivity, and responsible stewardship.
